2010 Calendar

I have decided that I need to get started cranking this out! We still have a while until 2010 but I have a few appointments that I already need to write down! So I started creating it tonight. I have always purchased a calendar from kodak with pictures from the previous year but this year I decided to try out My Digital Studio! So far I love it!

Now I have to get to bed!

Simple Scrapbooks

I love the magazine Simple Scrapbooks and I think I get a lot of inspiration from it! I like my pages to be cute and SIMPLE...meaning I will get a lot more done in a short period of time! Here is one of my most recent layouts featuring a picture of Brooke with her Grandma Jean and Grandpa Don. I just love this picture! I kinda wish I would have printed it as a 5x7 since it's the only picture on the page but I still think it works and looks so cute!

Halloween Thank You Cards

Brooke received a few gifts for Halloween and sent out these cute thank yous. Just thought I would post them and cause they are quick and easy...yet really cute!

Simple Cards

I was contacted by a local retirement center and asked to come teach a little about making cards. Each resident that signs up will get to make two cards. I had to make them really simple with minimal cutting and little pieces. So here you have them...

What do you think?

Daddy's Little Pumpkin

Isn't this page so cute? I just love this paper and all of the fun fonts! Brooke's shirt says, "Daddy's Little Pumpkin" on it. I just love this shirt with the bow! My daugther is so beautiful! Don't you think?!!

Christmas Cards - 20 for $20

If you live in the Kansas City area and you are needing a few more Christmas cards to add to your stash, come on out to Gardner on November 14th! You can make 20 cards for just $20!

Above you will see the 4 cards that you will be making. You will make 5 of each design.

On the "Let it Snow" card you will be using Shimmer paint! It's such a great new product from the mini catalog and comes in 3 colors!

On the "Merry Christmas" card you will get to use the technique of emboss resist. The paper that looks green on this card actually started out as white! I stamped and embossed the tree in clear on the white cardstock and then sponged Old Olive and Always Artichoke inks over it! It's that technique awesome?!!

I love these cute trees from the hostess stamp set "Patterned Pines". I think the paisley one is my favorite!

And on the "Happy Holiday" you will get to emboss and use the "Snowfall" Printed Window sheets from the mini catalog! I love them! Don't you??

Please email me by Thursday, November 12th, if you would like to attend my card workshop. demokimsu@yahoo.com
